The Attack is directed toward Darlene Opare-Adu, not Chester Microenterprise!
It's amazing how people can spin the written word.
The article on page 7 in Issue 38, "With Girlfriends like that, Who needs Enemies?" was not an attack on Chester Microenterprise, an organization that helps small businesses get started and provides continual support.
The reference to Chester Microenterprise was included in the article to suggest that the tactics that Darlene Opare-Adu used at the Best Western Hotel would be frowned upon by Chester Microenterprise and I'm certain she didn't learn to conduct her business like that from them.
Also, the caption under the photo states that I learned at Microenterprise... "A business closing doesn't necessarily mean a business failure." I don't know why Darlene's store front business closed. Maybe she just moved somewhere else. Maybe she's got other priorities. How that statement is interpreted as an attack on Chester Microenterprise remains a mystery to me?
Readers, please! I thought I was quite clear that the article focuses on my issues with Darlene at the Best Western Hotel. To find that people believe the attack is against Chester Microenterprise is unbelievable to me.
